Francis "Lee" Sievers, 95, of Chico, California died on July 19, 2009 at a care facility in Chico. Lee was born on July 20, 1913 in Hotchkiss, Colorado to John and Kate Sievers. No services will be held, Lee's urn will be placed at Sunset Hill Cemetery in Corning, California.
